The terms that apply when you order from us.
Orders
An order placed on this website is a request to buy. It becomes a sale when we confirm it with you by phone or WhatsApp and you agree the total, including delivery. We may decline an order, for example if a product is out of stock.
Prices
Prices are in Kenya shillings and are for the pack size shown. Delivery is charged separately and confirmed before you pay. If a price on the site is wrong, we will tell you before confirming and you can cancel.
Product information
Our products are foods and traditional herbs. The guides on this site describe traditional and general uses for information only. They are not medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication or managing a health condition, speak to a doctor before using any herb.
