What we do when an order is not right.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, with something missing, or with the wrong product, contact us on 0722 669 801 as soon as you can, ideally within two days of receiving it. A photo of the pack helps. We will replace the item or refund it.
Opened products
Our products are foods. For hygiene reasons we cannot take back a pack once the seal has been opened, unless there is a fault with the product itself.
Changed your mind
You can cancel an order at any time before it is dispatched. If it has already been delivered and the pack is still sealed, talk to us and we will find a fair solution. Return delivery is at your cost.
Refunds
Refunds are sent by M-Pesa to the number that paid.
Reactions to a product
If you feel unwell after using any herb, stop using it and see a doctor. Please also tell us, so we can note it against that batch.
