Delivery & Payment

How an order works

When you place an order on the website, nothing is charged. We receive the order, check that everything is in stock, and call or WhatsApp you on the number you gave. On that call we confirm the delivery charge and the total. Once you agree, we take payment and send the order.

Delivery options

• Within Nairobi. A rider brings the order to your home or office.
• Other towns in Kenya. We send the order by parcel courier to the town you name, and tell you where and when to collect it.
• Collection. You can arrange to collect in Nairobi. We agree the time and place by phone.

Delivery charges

The charge depends on where the order is going and how much it weighs, so it is not added at checkout. We tell you the exact amount before you pay, and you are free to cancel if it does not suit you.

Paying

• M-Pesa. We send the payment details when we confirm the order.
• Cash on delivery. Available for deliveries and collection within Nairobi.

We only contact customers from 0722 669 801. If someone asks you to pay for a Millibiwa order from a different number, do not pay; call us first.

If something is wrong

Check your order when it arrives. If an item is missing, damaged or not what you ordered, see our returns page and get in touch the same day if you can.
