What we collect when you order, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you place an order we ask for your name, phone number, delivery location and, if you choose to give it, an email address and delivery notes. We also record what you ordered.
Why we collect it
- To confirm your order with you by phone or WhatsApp.
- To deliver it, which means sharing your name, phone number and location with the rider or courier.
- To keep a record of sales, as any business must.
We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for advertising.
Your cart
The contents of your cart, and a copy of your most recent order, are stored in your own browser so that the site remembers them. They stay on your device and you can clear them by clearing the site data in your browser.
If you order or chat through WhatsApp, that conversation is also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Your rights
Under the Kenya Data Protection Act, 2019 you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Contact us on 0722 669 801 and we will deal with it.
